Searching for family apartments near Koukounaries beach at walking distance from a beach itself, it was not our first option.

The owner, Maria, she is always running around, many times we found very nice presents on a table at our terrace. She was always helpful with a tips of island, beaches and town it self.

As always, my family tell we are returning to the same place next year, this time I agree as well

Wonderful place! I am so happy we chose it. We had the chance to experience a real Greek holiday in this traditional Greek villa painted in white and blue. The place is not only really beautiful, but also very well maintained. It is clean, it has everything you may need and Maria is more than kind and hospitable.

We had a perfect vacation in this wonderful vila.
The accommodation are big and furnished with extreme taste by the owner-who is an artist.
We appreciated very much the garden with the barbeque and also the possibility to use the swimming pool that is very near.

It’s a place that we recommend and definitely we will come back again.

It was very difficult for us to adjust once again to our crazy stressful Moscow life after we spent such a great holiday at your Vila!
We want to thank you so much as everything was perfect! Unfortunately it was only for one week ((But hopefully we will be able to get back already there of us! And it was so nice of you to leave the presents, thank you very much once again! My mom can't wait to come for holiday especially after what we told her)))
