Pine forest (No.11)
The Traditional “Pine forest maisonette” (No.2), is 31 sq. m, slighty renovated, has an independent terrace 25 sq. m, one double and 2 single beds.
It is an open-plan apartment, quiet and independent, with 2 levels οf wooden floors, with staircase and a loft.
The first level has a double bed, bedside tables, whatnot with mirror and a small bookcase, iron and ironing board, as well as a wardrobe, LED TV, a safe, hairdryer are all included.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a big fridge/freezer and oven with hotplates.
It has a WC- bathroom – shower with traditional island style and bathroom accessories series “Rame” of the famous Greek fashion designer Michalis Aslanis.
The second level is the open loft with a wooden floor and with protective railing next to the single beds and to the ladder, but not interior door. That has also bedside table, a whatnot and a mirror.
In addition, it has a large independent terrace 25 sq. m, next of a small garden. This consists of a patio lounge, dining room, 2 sofas and clothes dryer.
The area is air-conditioned, newly window with shutter and mosquito net .
All the solid wooden furniture are handmade by a local skilled craftsman and the artworks are authentic by a local well known artist.
In case there is a need for more people to stay, there is a possibility of placing a baby cot - in free of charge- at the first level, upon prior arrangement with the management of the facility.
On the outside area of the traditional maisonettes Νο 1 and No 2, there is a parking space for 1 car.
Easy access on a slightly uphill paved road.
