The traditional «Sailing maisonette” (No.1), is 28 sq. m, has a balcony, also an independent terrace 20 sq. m and 2 beds.
The Greek navy style is very intense here and the sea elements enhance the decoration of this accommodation.
It is an open-plan apartment, quiet independent and slightly renovated, with 2 levels οf wooden and tiled floors, with staircase and a loft.
The first level has a double bed, bedside tables, whatnot with mirror and a wardrobe, iron and ironing board, as well as a small bookcase. LED TV, a safe, hairdryer are all included.
The kitchen is newly and fully equipped, including fridge/freezer and oven with hotplates.
It has newly renovated WC- bathroom – shower with traditional island style and bathroom accessories nautical series “Rame” of the famous Greek fashion designer Michalis Aslanis.
The second level is an open loft with wooden floor and there is a wooden railing at the side of the double bed that sees the 1st level, bedside table, a mirror and a mini wardrobe. Here there is a guardrail at the lader, but not an intermediate door.
It also has α big independent terrace 20 sq. m, with dining room next to a small garden and a small balcony with clothes dryer and the view of the pine forest.
The area is air-conditioned, big newly windows with shutters and mosquito nets .
All the solid wooden furniture are handmade by a local skilled craftsman and the artworks are authentic by a local well known artist.
There is a possibility of placing a baby cot in free of charge in the first level, upon prior arrangement with the management of the facility.
On the outside area of the traditional maisonettes Νο 1 and No 2, there is a parking space for 1 car.
Easy access via a slightly uphill paved road.
