The apartment is large, cool and situated on the ground floor of the traditional guest house.
It’s 64 sq. m and has the layout of a classic Greek island house with a hand made decoration that makes the visitor feel at home.
Private parking space for 2 cars is available outside of the apartment.
Ιt has a private garden with statue, gardenias and lemon trees.
It consists of two bedrooms with 2 internal doors, so are isolated from the living room.
One bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe and a whatnot with mirror.
The other bedroom has two single beds, bedside table, large wardrobe and a whatnot with mirror.
The single beds when combined are converted to a king bed.
In the living room there is a newly comfortable sofa – double bed (or 2 singles) & a smaller sofa.
A large bookcase, fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen with new furnitures and a big dining.
Apart from these, it has a large fridge / freezer, a newly washing machine and electric stove with oven & hotplates.
LED TV, a safe box, hair dryer, iron and Ironing board, shading systems are all included.
There is a newly comfortable WC / bathroom with glass block shower and a newly large shower column, as well a spacious 14 sq. m private terrace, with extra dining and clothes dryer.
The apartment is air-conditioned with 3 units.
Τhere are shading systems and mosquito nets in all the windows and at the main entrance.
